Class Policies

Classes will be canceled if 4 students or more do not register. Class fees are transferable if your class is canceled. Our instructors are paid in advance for their time to create and kit class materials. Refunds are only available if you cancel 3 days prior to the class date. If you cancel after the 72 hour window, your class fee is transferable to another class of your choice. Classes that you miss without calling are not refundable or transferable. Classes start promptly so please be on time. Please bring your basic tool kit. Keep in mind even though we try our best to recreate the projects as you see them in The Scrapbook Zone News and  store, sometimes that can't be done due to products no longer being available.
