Crop information and policies

Welcome to The Crop Zone! Our spacious crop room has enough seating to fit 64 croppers. Each cropper is allotted 4-feet of table space to spread out supplies with plenty of elbow room! Easy to make letters and shapes are available with our 3 die-cut machines including 13 different fonts and too many shapes to count. If you are like me, and cannot stand the look of your own hand writing, then you will like hearing about the available computer with hundreds of fonts plus a 12 in. x 12 in. printer that is always open for croppers to use. And no more worries about finding the right light to view colors in, the entire Crop Zone is re-lighted with 5,760 watts of full spectrum lighting. It is just like daylight in The Zone! Fresh popcorn is always FREE to snack on while cropping on Fridays and we are equipped with a coke-a-cola machine to quench any scrapbooking thirst! Join us every Friday from4 p.m. to Midnight. Cost $12.00 per person
Includes: Dinner,snacks, a Crop Thank You gift from us to you, use of all The Zone tools, computer, 12x12 Epson printer and fun. We use full spectrum daylight lighting in the Crop Zone.  The Crop Zone holds 64 croppers comfortably. 

We also offer Super Saturday Crops (10a.m.-9:00p.m.) several Saturdays per quarter. Check our calendar or website for available dates. Crop Cost: $8.00 includes a 20% discount off your total purchase on the day of the crop. No beverages, meals or snacks will be provided.

Crop Zone policies are as follows:

• Payment is due at the time of registration for any crop event. You may register in person or over the phone with a credit card. The Scrapbook Zone accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
• Crop cancellations will receive a crop credit if received 24 hours before the crop begins.
• If you cancel on the day of the crop or do not show up a refund/crop credit will not be issued.
• Croppers must be 16 years or older to attend a Friday night or Super Saturday Crop. NO Exceptions.
• Use of the Crop Zone is FREE on Sundays for croppers of all ages. Free cropping is available anytime during the week as long as a class or organized crop is not in session.
• No FREE Cropping on Friday unless you are a paid registered cropper for the evening event. If you are signed up to crop you may come as early as 10:00 a.m. to crop on a Friday.
• We do not reserve seats for groups for Friday or Super Saturday crops. The only crops where group seating is reserved is for our Crop Till You Drop weekend.
• We suggest you or someone from your party arrive early to the crop to secure your spots together. However, if everyone in your party is not present by 7:00 p.m. we reserve the right to sit others in those spots together.
